Our Mission
Founder
Blake Mendheim is a lifelong resident of St. Tammany Parish and the driving force behind 110 Builders. Drawing on his background in coaching and commercial real estate, Blake brings a unique combination of leadership, strategic planning, and client-focused insight to every project. His ability to understand client needs, develop a clear plan, and execute with precision ensures that each home is crafted to the highest standards. Above all, Blake values his relationship with God and cherishes life with his wonderful wife and five children, which he considers his greatest blessing and inspiration in both life and work.
Design Coordinator
Caroline Mendheim, wife of Blake for 30 years, brings precision to 110 Builders with her keen eye for detail and thoughtful approach to client care. She listens closely to each client’s vision, guiding them through every step of the design process from initial planning to the moment they walk through the doors of their new home.
Caroline’s talent for translating ideas into cohesive, beautiful spaces ensures that every home reflects the personality and lifestyle of its owners.
