Blake Mendheim

Blake is a lifelong resident of St. Tammany Parish. His previous careers in coaching and commercial real-estate have provided him the essential skills to access client needs, create a game plan, and strategically execute and complete the build.

Founded in 2012, 110 Builders was born out of a desire to build the very best homes, provide the most pleasurable experience in what we consider the most desirable place to live, St. Tammany Parish. That idea and business model has created one of St. Tammany’s most respected and trusted residential building companies evidenced in their wonderfully finished custom homes. The name is derived from Blake’s playing and coaching experience as a motivation to give 110% “We are not perfect, BUT we will give perfect effort toward each new client and their home,” Blake comments.

Blake says his greatest gift is that of his relationship with God and his wonderful wife and five children.

Caroline Mendheim

Caroline, wife to Blake for 20 years, compliments her husband’s intensity and drive. She pays close attention to details and listens to their clients’ wants and needs. Caroline communicates with clients every step of the way from the planning stage until they walk through the doors of their new homes.

When she’s not assisting clients with color selections and design ideas, Caroline manages the company’s office in Mandeville.
